ORDER CANCELLATION

Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before making payment.

If you would like to revise your order, please contact customer service (Email : services@rhythmapparel.shop) within 2 hours of placing the order. We will be happy to modify and reply within 24 business hours.

Your order cannot be canceled once it has been processed and packed.

  • Please note that any order cancellation will incur a 5% cancellation fee as charged by Crecit Card company/ Paypal

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Dear valued RhythmApparel customers,

At RhythmApparel, we prioritize the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchases.

You have a generous 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Simply email us at services@rhythmapparel.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. Within 48 hours, we'll provide you with all the instructions you need to complete the process smoothly.

However, to facilitate this, we have established the following conditions for returns and refunds:

1. In Transit Products: Please note that products marked as "in transit" are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Condition of Returned Products: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.

3. Timeframe for Returns: All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, with items in new and unused condition, including all original tags and labels.

4. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or was damaged during shipping.

5. Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product.

Important Notes:

- Sales & Clearance Items: Sales & Clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds but can be exchanged or redeemed for store credit.

- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, except for those opting for store credit.

- Import Duties: Import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

- Return Shipping Fees: Please be aware that you will be responsible for any return shipping fees.

- In line with our commitment to the health and well-being of our customers, we uphold rigorous hygiene standards. Items classified as base layer, considered intimate apparel, cannot be resold or restocked to ensure the safety and comfort of all our customers.
